Denness Luckhurst Foundation

branding / creative direction / graphic design / naming

The Denness Luckhurst Foundation was created by the offspring of former Kent and England cricketers Mike Denness and Brian Luckhurst to raise money for charities in their memory.

I’ve been working closely with the Foundation over the last year in helping with the naming, branding, design and social-media for the new charity.

Since the Foundation was set up it has seen a third cricketing legend’s family join the team, Lord Colin Cowdrey. Mike Denness, Brian Luckhurst and Lord Colin Cowdrey were extremely motivated individuals and great supporters of charitable causes. The Denness Luckhurst Foundation hopes to combine those attributes and in their names raise valuable funding for many extremely worthy charities.

Last year saw the Foundation host it’s first event at the London Golf Club when £15,750 was raised for three charities: Lord’s Taverners, Mercy Ships and St Francis Hospice. In October the Foundation will be hosting it’s second charitable event at Sundridge Park Golf Club, Bromley.

I’m delighted to help such a great organisation to progress and wish the Denness Luckhurst Foundation every success going forward.

For further information on the Foundation or for information on how to enter your team in the Charity Golf Event, please email info@dennessluckhurst.org or visit: www.dennessluckhurst.org.uk
