Leaders Plus Career Progression Gaps
Career Progression Gaps: The Next Frontier. Printed and digital research report designed for Leaders Plus.
Leaders Plus is a London-based social enterprise working with individuals during maternity leave, shared parental leave, and beyond, to progress in their careers whilst also enjoying time with their young families.
Earlier this year Leaders Plus launched the Big Parent Career Choices Survey and asked working parents to share what career progression – and, critically, the employer support needed to progress – really looked like to them.
Respondents kindly shared their stories, and the data collected told a sad but unsurprising tale.
Along with the Gender Pay Gap, the Parent Progression Gap is also very real.
The data is clear, any employer who is serious about addressing the Gender Pay Gap must take action to support working parents and help close the Parent Progression Gap also.
The Report was launched at an event at the House of Commons recently. To download the Report, visit: https://www.leadersplus.org/careerprogressiongaps/
